Cancellation Policy Effective June 20, 2024:

DAY GLOW SKIN & BODY CARE REQUIRES A 50% DEPOSIT OF THE SELECTED SERVICE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. 

If your cancellation is due to an emergency or illness, your deposit will be honored toward your next rescheduled appointment. All other deposits for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

In the event a client arrives up to 15 minutes late to their appointment, Day Glow Skin & Body Care reserves the right to shorten the appointment time, as to not cause the next appointment time to be tardy. 

In the event a client arrives more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, Day Glow Skin & Body Care reserves the right to charge 100% of the total appointment cost and reschedule the appointment.
